We have a NO refund policy, which means  our company will not refund or exchange any item you purchased. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Damaged/Defective

Our company take pride in our brand and satisfying our customers so, we will not send our customers damaged or defective items.
Once your order leave our warehouse the package is in the care of the postal carrier. Any damaged to your item you should make a claim with the postal service.
